USPS/UPS: Sorry Xincense LLC does not ship C.O.D.  All orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) at the sole discretion of Xincense LLC, and are sent from Saint Paul Minnesota. This means that once the items leave our dock, it is the agent (authorized by you as being either USPS or UPS) who is responsible for the safekeeping of your package.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order, include marginal handling and packaging costs, and may include insurance/delivery confirmation costs if applicable. USPS orders are not guaranteed by a certain day, but USPS does indicate that Priority Mail does arrive in 2-3 days. Late deliveries cannot be reimbursed if this option is selected. You can use the tracking number that is sent to you (a copy is also in your account when it ships) to track your package on our website. Give the packages at least 2 extra days to arrive before calling for a tracer. And USPS packages are only able to be traced if insurance is purchased at the time of checkout.

Priority Mail usually takes about 2-3 days for delivery and UPS orders depend on your zone.  Please refer to the following map for average USPS / UPS transit times. These are in no way guaranteed times, and these are calculated not including the in house turnaround time. These are actual shipping times once it has reached the carrier. We do practice a 1-3 business day turnaround.

Canadian/International Orders: Please be aware that additional charges may be assessed or delays may occur by customs at the border, including GST taxes and UPS brokerage fees. We cannot estimate these fees or delays prior to shipping. United States Postal Service (USPS) tends to be more forgiving with brokerage fees and/or duties, however, as you can surmise, it is more difficult to track a package. Insurance is included, however, except for USPS orders UNDER four (4) lbs. If you do choose USPS, your order will not ship until the next scheduled USPS dropoff day.  NOTE:  There is a minimum purchase of $20.00 to ship to other countries.  Xincense LLC cannot ship heavy packages over 15 lbs. per box via USPS internationally.

Postal Service:  We offer Postal shipping only to insurable areas outside the continental United States. This shipping method incurs a $3.00 handling fee per order as there is no pickup in our area and it requires a dropoff.  Priority Mail & First Class Mail are available to Hawaii & Alaska.

Freight Carriers:  Delivery by a trucking company can be arranged on larger orders, call for quotes.  If you prefer, you are welcome to arrange for your own freight company to pick up your order instead. 

Delivery: See our shipping page for the estimated UPS/USPS ship time to your area. Please do not miss your delivery. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part.

Damaged Shipments: If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, Do Not Accept it from the carrier. If you accept the damaged package from the courier you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage, spillage or breakage. Or if the package was shipped USPS, call us right away! All packages leave our warehouse in good condition.  Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must get a claim number from the carrier.

Returns: Fragrance oils are not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fine fragrances first to assure your complete satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can rest assured that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources.  All other merchandise returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please e-mail sales@xincense.com for authorization. Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns of NON-fragrance oil items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc and 75% restocking fee will be charged to unauthorized returns of fragrance oils to cover the same as well as the now unusable fragrance oils. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted, as in Incense must be unopened and unused. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MOST LIKELY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error. Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your order, as returns are unpacked in the order they are received.  You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order.

Specials/Returns: No substitutes are given on sale items. If any of the desired scents are currently out of stock, you will be asked to choose an alternate. If any sale items are out of stock, a rain check will not be given.

Wholesale: We currently do not offer wholesale items, But if you are interested in bulk quantities, or special order items, please feel free to contact us at Bulk Order Request. We can work out a deal that will favor your ordering of the larger amounts!

Warranties: Xincense.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any certain product for use in secondary products or the actual results of its use in any such products. Xincense LLC expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of these product in any secondary products produced thereby. It is common in our industry for occasional variances to occur in products such as waxes and fragrances, therefore slight adjustments to your formulas/methods may be needed at times. Any instructions, directions or tips given on the xincense.com site are strictly for informational purposes and are only helpful guidelines to be used as a starting point. This information is provided without warranty of any kind or fitness for a particular use or purpose. Customers are encouraged to experiment and conduct their own tests, as they are responsible and liable for any products they manufacture and or use.
