How long have you been in business?

We have been an official company for 2 years, and have been on the web for over 1 year now. Prior to that we were vending locally and at gatherings when and if we could. We are still a small company and we are constantly trying to improve at every turn! Please see our about us page.

How is your incense made? Do you make it?

We do not make it, All of our products come direct from manufacturers and importers. We offer only the best smelling incense. We do not try to pass off a cheaply made "hand dipped" incense. We have tested thousands of brands of incense, "hand dipped" and manufactured / hand rolled, and found that most places who offer the "hand dipped" incense offer a much inferior product that often has a low fragrance and resembles the smell of a burning stick.

How do you ship orders?

It is your choice upon checkout how you would like it shipped. Though we ship most orders through USPS mail, we reserve the right for larger orders to ship via UPS GROUND depending on size and weight of the order. This will only be done if USPS is chosen and the package cannot be sent through them for some reason. Please see our shipping policies.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards online only through Paypal for now, we have found Paypal to be a safe and secure way of accepting credit cards and all types of payments. We will also accept Money orders Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks, however both of these methods are subject to the check / money order clearing prior to shipping, and that can take as long as 14 business days. Please see our ordering info.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order on domestic orders at all. International orders we ask that they please be over $20 before shipping due to the added requirements on our part.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We strive to ensure the best quality and service but if for some reason you are dissatisfied, let us know immediately & we will try to make it right.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving order to report damage or problems with your order.

Can I sell things in your classifieds?

Yes, we ask that you please read our terms first, but we encourage people to list things in our calssifieds!
