Lavender 40/42 Essential Oil
Aroma is floral, herbaceous, fresh, light with balsamic woody undertone. The most floral scent of all lavenders.
The therapeutic properties include analgestic, anticonvulsant, anti-depressant, antimicrobial, antirheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antitoxic, cicatrizant, cordial, decongestant, deodorant, diuretic, fungicide, parasticide, sedative. It has a sedative action on the heart, brings down high blood pressure, relieves insomnia, muscular spasms and rheumatic pains. Excellent for relief of pain from sunburn and minor burns. Keeps insects away.
One of the safest for use with children and the elderly. The 40/42 refers to the standardization of both linalool and linalyl acetate resulting in a very consistent floral scent thus smells the way most feel lavender should smell. Blends well with most oils, especially citrus and florals. Also clove, cedarwood, clary sage, pine, geranium, vetiver, patchouli, etc. Avoid high doses during pregnancy because it is a uterine stimulant. Generally non-toxic. Patchouli Essential Oil
Musky, earthy aroma, known for its skin soothing qualities (especially for mature skin) also known for its ability to rejuvenate the mind. It is a very rich and long lasting oil. This essential oil grows more refined with age as it becomes a valued vintage oil. Use sparingly, patchouli will linger longer than most essential oils.
Excellent skin care ingredient and cell rejuvenator. Helps find peace of mind and is a great aphrodisiac. Add in low doses to skin and hair care. Use in a diffuser to mask unpleasant odors and enhance the aroma climate in your home. Blends well with citrus oils, vetiver and sandalwood, cedarwood, neroli, geranium, and rose.

Rosemary Essential Oil

Tea Tree Essential Oil
Naturally cleansing Tea Tree oil has a warm, spicy odor that helps to lift the spirit. Known as an antiseptic staple, it was regarded as a way to slow the spread of viruses in hospitals in the early 1900's. It has been extensively researched by scientific methods with the following results:
1)this oil is unusual in that it is active against all three varieties of infectious organisms: bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
2)it is a very powerful immuno-stimulant, so when the body is threatened by any of these organisms tea-tree increases its ability to respond.
Add up to 5-10 drops of 1 oz. of unscented body or hair care product to enhance their effectiveness. Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water for a purifying steam treatment. Apply to pimples with a Q-tip 2-3 times a day. Imported from Australia
